Especially "brown sugar distilled spirit · junmatsu" is stored and aged in oak barrel and sherry barrel after completion of normal brown sugar distilled spirit production process.Through this process, we have transformed ourselves to a deeper and more rich flavor, a pale amber color and mature into high-grade alcoholic beverages with attractive turkey like wine. And after five years, we blend and distill the soju that was stored and matured in oak barrel and sherry barrel only to "Junmatsu" and finish it.
